基于高炉料线的MIMO成像雷达的设计

摘要:为获得在工业高炉冶炼过程中炉料表面完整的图像信息,本文采用多输入多输出(MIMO)雷达对料面进行成像研究。首先,设计了耐高温、高压、高粉尘的特种天线单元,适用于高炉内部复杂恶劣环境中。其次,对各种天线布阵方式进行了分析,并通过仿真进行验证。还对距离迁徙算法(range migration algorithm,RMA)进行了研究,对近场相位误差造成的目标散焦进行了补偿。通过在搭建微波暗室搭建实验系统,对焦炭和烧结矿目标进行实测成像。最后,对高炉典型料线缩比模型进行验证,取得了良好的结果。

MIMO Imaging Radar Design for Blast Furnace Stock Lines
Abstract:This paper presents a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar system for obtain the imaging of blast furnace (BF) burden surface inside a fully operative blast furnace. For the first time, we designed a suitable antenna element can working at the BF environment. The antenna has good mechanical hardness and is resistant to dust and high temperature. Then, the methods of antenna array were analyzed and patterns of the designed array were simulated. The range migration algorithm (RMA) is deduced, and the target defocus caused by near-field phase error is compensated. The MIMO radar imaging system has complement measure to the target of coke and sinter in a microwave anechoic chamber. Finally, MIMO imaging verification was performed on the shrinkage ratio model of the typical stock line and obtained good result.
