荷斯坦奶牛乳脂率与DHI其它指标相关性的分析

摘要:为了了解黑龙江省嫩江县某牧场荷斯坦奶牛乳脂率与DHI(Dairy Herd Improvement, 奶牛性能测定体系)其他指标的相关性,本研究随机抽选了2018年1-8月该牧场无明显外伤、健康的500头荷斯坦奶牛DHI指标进行了测定分析。结果表明,乳脂率与乳蛋白率呈正相关(P<0.01, r=0.331),与乳糖率呈负相关(P<0.01, r=-0.165),与产奶量呈负相关(P<0.01, r=-0.225),与总固形物呈正相关(P<0.01, r=0.919),与尿素氮呈正相关(P<0.01, r=0.330)乳脂率与体细胞数、细胞分的相关性不显著(P>0.05)。通过对该牧场荷斯坦奶牛乳脂率与DHI数据分析,旨在为提高当地奶牛生产水平提供理论依据以及指导未来良种资源的奶牛饲养管理和进一步提高乳品质量及养牛经济效益。

Analysis of Correlation between Milk Fat Ratio of Holstein Cows and Other Indicators of DHI
Abstract:In order to understand the correlation between the milk fat percentage of a ranch cow in Nenjiang County of Heilongjiang Province and other indicators of DHI (Dairy Herd Improvement, cow performance measurement system), this study randomly selected no obvious trauma in the pasture from January to August 2018. The healthy DHI index of 500 Holstein cows was measured and analyzed. The results showed that the milk fat percentage was positively correlated with milk protein rate (P<0.01, r=0.331), and negatively correlated with lactose rate (P<0.01, r=-0.165), and negatively correlated with milk production (P<0.01, r=-0.225), positively correlated with total solids (P<0.01, r=0.919), positively correlated with urea nitrogen (P<0.01, r=0.330). The correlation between milk fat percentage and somatic cell number and cell fraction was not significant. (P>0.05). Through the analysis of the milk fat percentage and DHI data of the ranch cows in the pasture, the aim is to provide a Analysis of Correlation between Milk Fat Ratio of Holstein Cows and Other Indicators of DHItheoretical basis for improving the production level of local dairy cows, as well as to manage the management of dairy cattle for future improved breeding resources and to further improve the quality of dairy products and the economic benefits of raising cattle.
