再生混凝土细观界面等效模型

摘要:从细观结构角度出发,认为再生混凝土是由天然骨料、老水泥砂浆、新水泥砂浆、天然骨料与老水泥砂浆之间的界面、老水泥砂浆与新水泥砂浆之间的界面构成的含有五相介质的复合材料。本文基于杨氏模量预测的三相球复合模型,应用于再生混凝土中,提出了再生混凝土细观复合球等效模型,详细介绍关于再生混凝土界面等效的理论分析和推导过程。基于二维基面力理论和最小势能原理,采用Monte Carlo法建立了再生混凝土二维随机骨料模型。在单轴静力压缩的情况下,对比等效前后三种级配的再生混凝土应力-应变曲线,其吻合度较好,为之后的均质化及多尺度计算提供了合适的等效模型,消除了未考虑界面层对再生混凝土宏观力学性质的影响,提高了计算精准度及计算效率。

Meso-interface Equivalent Model of Recycled Concrete
Abstract:At a mesoscopic level, the recycled concrete was considered as a composite material containing five phase medium with coarse aggregate, new mortar, old mortar, new interfacial transition zone and old interfacial transition zone. Based on the three-phase spherical composite model predicted by Young\'s modulus, this paper applies to the recycled concrete equivalent model of regenerated concrete, and introduces the theoretical analysis and derivation process of the equivalent interface of recycled concrete. Based on the two-dimensional fundamental force theory and the principle of minimum potential energy, a two-dimensional random aggregate model of recycled concrete was established by Monte Carlo method. Under the condition of uniaxial static compression, the stress-strain curves of the three graded recycled concrete before and after the equivalent are compared, and the coincidence degree is good. This model provides a suitable equivalent model for subsequent homogenization and multi-scale calculations. It eliminates the influence of the interface layer on the macroscopic mechanical properties of recycled concrete, and improves the calculation accuracy and calculation efficiency.
