电解锰渣胶凝材料水化特性研究

摘要:电解锰渣是电解锰的副产物,由于其产量多,国内目前堆存量巨大,严重制约资源循环经济的发展。本研究利用微观分析手段深入研究电解锰渣胶凝材料水化产物和微观结构形貌,该胶凝材料以电解锰渣、矿渣和水泥为主要原料。结果表明该电解锰渣胶凝体系的主要水化产物为斜方钙沸石(CaAl2Si2O84H2O)、C-S-H凝胶和钙矾石(AFt),随着水化反应的进行,水化产物数量不断增加,钙矾石逐渐长大变粗,以更加致密的形态不断填充着电解锰渣胶凝体系水化产物间的孔隙。

Study on hydration characteristics of cementitious materials from electrolytic manganese slag
Abstract:Electrolytic manganese slag is a by-product of electrolytic manganese. Because of its large output, the domestic stockpile is huge, which seriously restricts the development of recycling economy of resources. In this study, the hydration products and microstructure of electrolytic manganese slag cementitious materials were studied by means of microscopic analysis. The cementitious materials were mainly composed of electrolytic manganese slag, slag and cement. The microstructure characterization showed that the main hydration products of the electrolytic manganese slag cementitious system are CaAl2Si2O8 4H2O, C-S-H gel and ettringite (AFt). With hydration time, the formation of hydration products increases, the ettringite dominates and the pores of the hydrated product of electrolytic manganese slag cementitious system are filled up resulting in a more compact structure.
