电化学蚀刻金属双极板表面流道的研究

摘要:双极板是质子交换膜燃料电池中的关键部件之一,占电池组质量和成本的很大部分, 具有隔离并均匀分配反应气体、收集并导出电流、串联各个单电池等功能。而金属双极板在应用中具有很大的发展前景。以电化学成形原理为基础使用电化学蚀刻加工金属双极板表面上的微型流道。调整电化学蚀刻的电化学参数,对比不同电化学参数条件下的蚀刻样品,得出电化学参数改变对于蚀刻过程中不同方向以及电流效率的影响,结果表明增大电流可提高电流效率、增加蚀刻深度以及减少侧蚀。

Study on electrochemical etching of surface runners of metal bipolar plates
Abstract:Bipolar plates are one of the key components in proton exchange membrane fuel cells. The account for a large part of the quality and cost of the battery. Bipolar plates have the functions of isolating and evenly distributing reactive gases, collecting and discharging current, and connecting individual cells in series. Metal bipolar plates have great development prospects in applications. Electrochemical etching is used to process microchannels on the surface of metal bipolar plates based on the principle of electrochemical forming. The electrochemical parameters of electrochemical etching were adjusted, and the etching samples under different electrochemical parameters were compared to obtain the influence of electrochemical parameter changes on different directionsand current efficiency during the etching process. The results show that increasing the current increases current efficiency, increases etch depth, and reduces side.
