赤泥基多固废掺和料免烧砖的研究

摘要:随着铝工业的发展赤泥排放量越来越大,赤泥的大量堆存不仅浪费土地资源又易造成环境污染,对周边地区造成安全隐患,赤泥的综合利用成为国际性难题。本研究基于中钙体系的思想以赤泥、矿渣、粉煤灰等固废为主要原料,以石英砂为骨料混合后来制备赤泥免烧砖。配制Ca/Si比为0.88~1.42范围的赤泥基混合料制备免烧砖,力学性能研究结果表明随着Ca/Si比增加免烧砖抗压强度呈先增高后减小的趋势,Ca/Si比为1.23抗压强度可达32.5MPa,Ca/Si在1.05~1.42范围内的砖块28天强度均超过25MPa强度有明显提升。采用XRD、SEM等手段对其微观结构和水化产物进行深入研究发现,水化反产物主要有C-S-H凝胶、钙矾石等,随着养护期龄的增加钙矾石和凝胶数量越来越多其内部结构变的越来越致密。

Study on non-sintered brick multi-solid waste blenging material based on red mud
Abstract:With the development of the aluminum industry, the red mud emission is getting larger and larger. The majority of red mud is stockpiled, not only waste of large amount of land resources, but also causes environmental pollution, which poses a safety hazard to the surrounding areas. The comprehensive utilization of red mud has become an international problem. In this study, red mud, slag, fly ash and other solid waste materials were added with aggregate to preparation of non-sintered red mud bricks based on medium calcium system. The non-burnt bricks were prepared by using red mud base mixture which Ca/Si ratio range from 0.88~1.42. The mechanical properties of the brick has been investigated and the results show that the compressive strength of the bricks increased first and then decreased with the increase of Ca/Si ratio. When Ca /Si ratio is 1.23, the compressive strength is up to 32.5MPa. Ca/Si at the range of 1.05~1.42, the bricks of 28-day strength all are exceeding 25MPa. XRD, SEM were used to study the hydration products and its micro structure. The hydration products mainly include CSH gel, ettringite. The number of ettringite and gel increased with the curing age and then its internal structure becomes more and more dense.
