基于谓词表示的工业产品可用性评估方法

摘要:目前工业产品可用性评估方法中,运用自然语言描述用户操作流程,存在不直观不易于量化分析的问题。该研究提出基于谓词表示的工业产品可用性评估方法及步数类度量指标,通过饮水机这一工业产品的可用性评估案例对该方法进行论证。研究表明:该方法具有可靠性和有效性;通过谓词表示的形式记录操作流程,准确便捷且有助于发现工业产品的可用性问题;引入的步数类度量指标可以准确地量化工业产品的可用性水平,以及某项可用性问题的严重程度。

A Usability Evaluation Method of Industrial Products Based on Predicate Representation
Abstract:In the usability evaluations of industrial products, natural language is used to describe users\' operation process. The problem is natural language is not intuitive and not easy to quantify and analyse. This paper presents a usability evaluation method of industrial products based on predicate representation and steps quantitative metrics. The method was applied in the usability evaluation of a drinking machine. The study proves that this method is reliable and effective; predicate representation of the operation process helps to discover the usability problems; steps quantitative metrics quantify the usability level and the severity of usability problems.
