磁悬浮轴承失效后刚度和阻尼特性研究

摘要:针对磁悬浮轴承在线圈发生失效后,其支承特性(主要是刚度和阻尼)会大幅下降,本文提出一种可以提高支承特性的方法。研究发现,采用PID控制算法时,可以通过改变控制参数的方法使支承特性有所提高。通过理论计算分析得出保持失效前后支承特性不变的控制参数。采用MATLAB/Simulink仿真的方法验证,结果表明失效后的支承特性可以通过改变控制参数得到部分补偿或完全补偿。

Study on stiffness and damping characteristics of magnetic bearing after failure
Abstract:When the coil of magnetic bearing with redundant structure fails, its support characteristics (mainly stiffness and damping) will be greatly reduced. It is found that the support characteristics can be improved by changing the control parameters when PID control algorithm is adopted. Through theoretical calculation and analysis, the control parameters that can make support characteristics constant before and after failure are obtained. The simulation results by MATLAB / Simulink show that the support characteristics after failure can be partly or completely compensated by changing the control parameters.
