压阻式阵列自动测试分析系统的设计与实现

摘要:压阻型阵列触觉传感技术是阵列触觉传感器中最有希望的实用技术之一.利用压阻弹性敏感膜及合理的电极引线, 可以制成柔顺的"触觉皮", 适用于不同的应用场合。当触觉阵列中敏感单元数增加时, 基于单个触觉单元的扫描采样方式将严重影响单帧触觉图像的采样速率。本文设计并制作了一种基于行列扫描技术的压阻阵列自动测试分析系统,其大大提高了触觉采样的速度, 触觉图像采样频率的提高,为整个触觉系统的实时处理创造了条件。实验结果显示,该自动测试分析设备能够实时准确的显示触觉传感阵列所受力的大小和方位,且该方法可进一步推广应用到其他不同的压阻传感阵列测试。

The developing of an automaic test system for piezresistive array
Abstract:Piezoresistive tactile sensor array technology is one of the most promising practical technologies. By using piezoresistive elastic sensitive film and reasonable electrode lead, it can be made into a soft "tactile skin", which is suitable for different applications. As the number of tanctile sensors in the array increases, the scanning and sampling mode based on a single tactile unit will seriously affect the sampling rate of a single frame tactile image.In this paper, a piezoresistive array automatic test and analysis system based on line-scan technology is designed and produced, which greatly improves the speed of tactile sampling. The improving of the tactile image sampling frequency, creates conditions for real-time processing of the whole tactile system.The experimental results show that the automatic test and analysis equipment can display the force size and orientation on the tactile sensor array in real time and accurately, and the method can be used to other different piezoresistive sensor array tests.
