桑、蚕和茧的氢氧稳定同位素组成及其变化特点分析

摘要:检测桑叶、不同品种不同龄期的蚕沙和蚕蛹以及蚕丝的氢氧稳定同位素组成,分析桑、蚕和茧的氢氧稳定同位素组成及其变化特点,探讨伴随蚕的生长过程中不同龄期蚕体之间氢氧稳定同位素分馏效应。研究表明,不同品种的家蚕具有不同的氢氧同位素组成,家蚕在经历不同龄期的成长过程中会产生一定的分馏,桑叶影响了家蚕体内氢氧稳定同位素组成,蚕丝氢氧稳定同位素特征值与蚕种和桑叶之间氢氧稳定同位素特征值存在一定关联。研究有助于从新的角度建立丝绸与其产地之间的关系。

Analysis of hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopic composition and variation characteristics of mulberry, silkworm and cocoon
Abstract:Hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope compositions of the feeding mulberry leaves, silkworms at different instars and the resultant cocoons were tested and their variation characteristics were analyzed. And the hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope fractionations between silkworms at different instars were discussed. The results show that different varieties of silkworms had different hydrogen and oxygen isotope compositions, and certain fractionations were occurred during the growth of silkworms at different instars. The feeding mulberry leaves affected the stable hydrogen and oxygen isotope compositions in the silkworms. Correlation between the feeding mulberry leaves, silkworms and cocoons could be find in this way, which is helpful in establishing the connection between silk and its producing area.
