数字孪生驱动的复杂精密装备总装车间智能物流管控系统

摘要:针对复杂精密装备总装过程装配周期长、物料种类繁多、物流高度离散、智能化管控难等问题,在分析复杂精密装备总装车间物流智能化管控需求的基础上,提出一种由数字孪生驱动的复杂精密装备总装车间智能物流管控系统(Intelligent logistics management system,i-LMS),构建了一种i-LMS的体系架构和运行模式,并对支持该系统实现的车间物流信息智能感知技术、车间物流实时状态信息处理机制等关键技术进行了研究。最后,结合一应用案例对该系统的有效性进行了初步试验验证。

Intelligent logistics management system for complex precision equipment assembly workshop driven by digital twins
Abstract:Aiming at the problems such as long assembly cycle, various kinds of materials, highly discrete logistics and difficult intelligent control in the assembly process of complex precision equipment, an intelligent logistics management system (i-LMS) driven by digital twin for complex precision equipment assembly shop presented by this paper on the basis of analyzing the demand of intelligent logistics management and control in complex precision equipment assembly shop, Firstly, an architecture and operation mode of i-LMS is constructed. Then the key technologies such as intelligent perception technology of workshop logistics elements and real-time state information processing mechanism of workshop logistics are studied. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the system.
