内循环二板式注塑机锁模油缸后端连接支撑结构的数值分析与优化

摘要:四缸连锁内循环液压系统适用于中小型两板直压式注塑机,在锁模精度和节能降耗方面具有较大优势。然而,由于锁模油缸为四个,且为了满足模具开度油缸长度较长,导致油缸受力不平衡及形变与应力较大的缺点,因此不可避免的在锁模油缸后端增加连接支撑结构。为了优化现有内循环二板式注塑机合模系统的受力均匀性和稳定性,本文对锁模油缸后端连接支撑结构进行了数值分析与优化,通过数值模拟技术,研究了不同连接支撑结构对注塑机合模系统的形变与应力的影响。研究确定了n型连接支撑结构的最优结构。

Numerical Analysis and Optimization of the Back-end Connection Support Structure of the Cylinder of the Internal-Circulation Two-plate Injection Molding Machine
Abstract:The four-cylinder interlocking internal circulation hydraulic system is suitable for small and medium-sized two-plate injection molding machines, and has great advantages in clamping precision and energy saving. However, since there are four clamping cylinders, and in order to meet the long cylinder length of the mold opening, the cylinder is unbalanced and the deformation and stress are large. Therefore, it is inevitable to increase the connection support structure at the rear end of the clamping cylinder. In order to optimize the uniformity and stability of the existing internal circulation two-plate injection molding machine clamping system, the numerical analysis and optimization of the rear-end connection support structure of the clamping cylinder are carried out. The different connection support structures are studied by numerical simulation technology. The effect of deformation and stress on the clamping system of the injection molding machine. The study determined the optimal structure of the n-type connection support structure.
