低碳责任和再制造竞争的闭环供应链定价策略研究

摘要:在市场需求不确定情形下,构建由制造商、再制造商、零售商和消费者组成的再制造闭环供应链(Closed-Loop Supply Chain, CLSC)系统。依据产品(新产品与再制造品)低碳责任,以及在消费市场产品的竞争,运用Stackelberg博弈论方法对构建模型进行产品定价决策分析。分散与集中决策模式研究表明:低碳责任竞争加剧,产品销售价格越高;再制造竞争加剧,产品销售价格越低;若两者同时起作用, CLSC系统总期望利润越最高。

Pricing Decisions with Low-carbon Responsibility and Remanufacturing Competition in Closed-loop Supply Chain
Abstract:In this paper, a closed-loop supply chain system is composed of a manufacturer, a remanufacturer, a retailer and consumers whose demand is uncertain. We apply the Stackelberg game to analyze the equilibrium pricing strategies with the consideration of low-carbon responsibility and remanufacturing competition, and also discuss the impacts of low-carbon responsibility and remanufacturing competition on the expected benefits of the closed loop supply chain under centralized and decentralized situation. Results show that the selling price gets higher as low-carbon responsibility compete fiercely between new products and remanufactured products, and selling price gets lower as remanufacturing competition goes fierce. And the profit of the CLSC system goes higher when the two kinds of competition between new and remanufactured products all become fierce.
