有限元在钢筋混凝土开裂中的应用

摘要:为了研究钢筋的腐蚀膨胀导致混凝土的开裂过程,和预测混凝土的临界裂穿膨胀位移量进行。本文利用ABAQUS有限元数值模拟的方法,经过建立模型、赋予模型材料性能、分析步设定、模型的装配、载荷加载、网格划分和提交计算等步骤并进行数据处理,得到了一系列在不同钢筋直径、不同保护层厚度以及不同混凝土强度条件下的临界裂穿膨胀位移量,并因此得出了混凝土临界裂穿位移量随钢筋直径的增大而减小;随着混凝土保护层厚度的增大而增大;以及随着混凝土强度的增大而增大这三个结论。

Application of finite element in cracking of reinforced concrete
Abstract:In this paper,in order to study the cracking process of concrete caused by the corrosion expansion of steel bars, and predict the critical fracture penetration displacement of concrete. In this paper, by the use of ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation method, through the establishment of the model, the model material properties, analysis step settings, model assembly, load loading, meshing,submission calculation and the data processing, a series of critical cracking expansion displacements under different steel bar diameters, different protective layer thicknesses and different concrete strengths are obtained.Thus, it is concluded that the critical cracking displacement of concrete decreases with the increase of the diameter of the steel bar, increases with the increase of the thickness of the concrete protective layer and increases with the increase of concrete strength.
