丝毛交织面料的数码印花色彩对比研究

摘要:本研究将数码印花运用到丝毛织物设计中,从设计师希望能预知设计颜色表现的需求角度,对比研究了在不进行人为调色的情况下,丝毛纺织品的颜色表现力。选取6种有代表性的丝毛织物进行实际打样,通过分光光度法测量色差,研究不同组织结构及丝毛含量的织物颜色还原程度,得出基于丝毛面料的颜色在同一数码打印环境下的表现特征。结果表明,黄绿色系在丝毛织物上的显现效果较差,灰阶在丝毛织物上的显现效果较好。在印花时要考虑到黄绿色系的色差问题,避免严重的色差问题造成的面料损失。

Research of Digital Printing Color Based on Silk-Wool Fabric
Abstract:The color management theory in digital printing is applied to the design of silk-wool fabrics to improve the color accuracy in the digital printing of silk-wool textiles. Six representative silk-wool fabrics were selected for actual proofing, and the color difference was measured by spectrophotometry. By studying the degree of color reduction of silk fabrics with different organizational structures, the performance characteristics of silk-based fabrics in digital printing were obtained. The results showed that the yellow-green color on the silk-wool fabric was less effective, and the gray scale on the silk-wool fabric was better. In the printing, the color difference of the yellow-green coResearch of Digital Printing Color Based on Silk-Wool Fabriclor should be taken into consideration to avoid fabric loss caused by serious chromatic aberration.
