基于模糊识别的城市地下空间灾害决策模型

摘要:通过对城市地下空间灾害现状分析,针对城市地下空间各灾害所引起的危险性因素相互重叠、无明显界限,首次提出基于模糊模式识别,构建灾害评价指标体系、建立城市地下空间灾害决策模型。结合对某地铁车站火灾的量化评价,并与熵权物元开拓模型的评价结果对比分析,验证城市地下空间灾害决策模型的准确性和客观性,为开发集监测、采集、分析和决策四位一体的城市地下空间灾害综合智慧决策模型提供科学合理的分析算法。

Decision Model of Urban Underground Space Disaster Based on Fuzzy Recognition
Abstract:Through the analysis of the present situation of urban underground space disasters, aiming at the risk factors caused by disasters in urban underground space overlap with each other, and there is no obvious limit. In this paper, a disaster evaluation index system based on fuzzy pattern recognition is proposed for the first time, the decision model of urban underground space disaster is established. Combining the quantitative evaluation of a subway station fire, and comparing with the evaluation results of the Entropy Weight Matter Element Development Model, the accuracy and objectivity of the urban underground space disaster decision model are verified, and a scientific and rational analysis algorithm is provided for the development of the integrated intelligent decision model of urban underground space disaster with four integrated monitoring, collection, analysis and decision.
