Analysis and control of Food Safety Risk in Chain Fast Food Supply Chain
Abstract:Ensuring food safety is a prerequisite for the rapid development of chain fast food companies. "Food safety is important in prevention" has become the basic consensus of all countries in the world. This paper conducts a food safety risk analysis on the chain fast food supply chain, and grasps the overall food safety risk through the risk analysis of each link of the supply chain. Through risk analysis, it hopes to provide theoretical support for ensuring the food safety of chain fast food enterprises.
