XRF-内标法测定多元体系中元素含量的基础研究

摘要:通过研究不同实验条件对XRF法定量分析元素含量的变化规律,寻找出适宜的测量条件。在此测量条件下,比较基本参数法和内标法定量分析样品中元素含量误差大小,并在多元体系下对传统内标法进行改进。实验结果表明:与基本参数法相比,改进后的内标法定量结果更准确,其最大相对误差小于7%。

Research on quantitative analysis of elements in multicomponent system using XRF-internal standard method
Abstract:The effect of experimental conditions on quantitative analysis of elements using XRF method was studied, and the property experimental conditions were proposed. Under this conditions, the difference of the deviation of element content which was measured by fundamental parameters method and the internal standard method was compared. In addition, the internal standard method was modified in multicomponent system. It was found that the result which was measured in modified internal standard method is more accurate than that in fundamental parameters method. The maximum relative error is less than 7%.
