有机磷改性阻燃水性聚氨酯乳液的研究

摘要:以异佛尔二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚酯多元醇(AR-50)、阻燃聚酯多元醇(BY3009T)为基本单体,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂合成了软段改性含磷水性聚氨酯乳液(FWPU)。研究表明:随着阻燃聚酯多元醇的增多,吸水率提高,胶粒大小增大,氧指数增大,垂直燃烧的阻燃级别随之增高,PU胶膜的阻燃效果得到很大的提高。阻燃聚酯多元醇用量占比总多元醇用量的40%时,胶膜的总含磷量为2%,贮存时间可以保持在6个月及以上,胶膜断裂伸长率和断裂强度也有一定的下降,但是在力学性能上可以满足使用要求,氧指数可以达到36,已经达到了难燃程度,且阻燃级别达到了V-0等级。

Study on organophosphorus modified flame retardant waterborne polyurethane emulsion
Abstract:Using isophord diisocyanate (IPDI), polyester polyol (AR-50) and flame retardant polyester polyol (BY3009T) as basic monomers, three hydroxymethyl propane (TMP) as crosslinker, and dimethy propionic acid (DMPA) as hydrophilic chain extender, soft segment modified phosphorus containing waterborne polyurethane emulsion (FWPU) was synthesized. The results show that with the increase of flame retardant polyester polyol, the water absorption rate increases, the size of the colloidal particles increases, the oxygen index increases, the flame retardant level of the vertical combustion increases, and the flame retardant effect of the PU film is greatly improved. When the amount of the flame retardant polyester polyol is 40%, the total phosphorus content of the film is 2%, the storage time can be kept for 6 months and above, the elongation at break and the breaking strength of the film are also reduced, but the mechanical properties can meet the requirements of the use and the number of oxygen can reach 36.
