摘要:一种简单快捷又准确的TLC方法被用来检测卡莫司汀中2-氯乙醇胺的检测。以二氯甲烷和甲醇为展开剂,0.005mol/L的茚三酮为显色剂,可以在TLC板上将2-氯乙醇胺完全的分离。通过方法的检测限、线性、准确度和方法耐用性等验证,该方法可以用来检测卡莫司汀中2-氯乙醇胺的含量。

A TLC method to determine the content of 2-chloroethylamine in Carmustine
Abstract:A new and accurate TLC method was developed for determining the content of 2-chloroethylamine in carmustine bulk drug. Dichloromethane and methanol used as developing reagent, and 0.005mol/L ninhydrin solution used as chromogenic reagent, 2-chloroethylamine can be separated. the validated method yield good results regarding limit of detection,linearity,accuracy,and rubustness.the proposed method was found to be suitable and accrate for the determination of 2-chloroethylamine content of carmustine.
