莲子低聚糖通过调控小鼠肠道菌群组成改善肠道健康

摘要:本研究的目的是评估莲子低聚糖(LOS)对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。以不同剂量的莲子低聚糖分别喂食BALB/c小鼠14天,结果表明喂食LOS后的小鼠肠道菌群的多样性相对于对照组小鼠下降,盲肠中的菌群数量较多。短链脂肪酸产生菌Clostridiaceae, Lachnospiraceae, Bacteroidaceae and Ruminococcaceae等数量增长,Erysipelotrichaceae、Porphyromonadaceae和Helicobacte等菌属数量降低。研究结果表明LOS可以促进有益的肠道细菌的生长,抑制病原菌,改善小鼠肠道健康。

Lotus seed oligosaccharides improve intestinal health by regulating the composition of intestinal flora in mice
Abstract:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of lotus seed oligosaccharides (LOS) on the intestinal flora of mice. Different doses of lotus seed oligosaccharides were administered to BALB/c mice for 14 days. The results showed that the intestinal flora of mice after feeding LOS showed lower levels of intestinal bacterial diversity than other groups, and the number of bacteria in the cecum was more. The number of short-chain fatty acid producing bacteria Clostridiaceae, Lachnospiraceae, Bacteroidaceae and Ruminococcaceae increased, and the numbers of the genus Erysipelotrichaceae, Porphyromonadaceae and Helicobaacte decreased. The results showed that LOS can promote the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria, inhibit pathogens and improve intestinal health in mice.
