基于循环经济的共享单车运营战略探究--以摩拜和ofo为例

摘要:随着互联网时代的来临,智能手机用户数量大幅增加,平台型共享经济正在快速改变着我们的生产和生活方式,共享单车发展得尤为迅速,在给人们带来便捷生活的同时,也带来了一些问题。2017年共享单车二三线公司迎来行业寒冬,近日共享单车再度引发关注,大量废弃的共享单车堆积如山,成为困扰城市管理者的一大心病。本文通过对目前市场上两大共享单车企业摩拜和ofo的发展历程、产品设计、市场投放策略和轻重资产战略运营模式的对比分析,探究更为合理的普适性共享单车运营战略,增强回收可利用性和后期运维的规范性,减少对资源的消耗与浪费,以适应循环经济的要求,与环境和谐相处。

Research on the Operation Strategy of Sharing Bicycle Based on Circular Economy--A Case Study of Mobike and Ofo
Abstract:With the advent of the Internet era, the number of smartphone users has greatly increased, and the platform-type sharing economy is rapidly changing our production and life style. Sharing bicycle has developed particularly rapidly, bringing people not only convenient life but also some problems. Last year, some small sharing bicycle companies are facing the winter of the industry. Recently, sharing bicycle has attracted attention again. A large number of abandoned sharing bicycle are piling up, which has become a major worry for city managers. This article takes comparative analysis of two sharing bicycle companies mobike and ofo on the market at present about their history of development, product design, market strategy and operation mode, to explore a more reasonable general sharing bicycle operation strategy. in order to research on the operation strategy of sharing bicycle based on circular economy enhance recycling availability and later to the standardization of operations, to reduce consumption and waste of resources, to adapt to the requirements of circular economy, and in the end to be in harmony with the environment.
