氧气底吹转炉的应用、设计与多相流模拟研究

摘要:本文分析了氧气底吹转炉的发展及特点并对其应用于双联冶炼工艺进行了理论研究,提出用氧气底吹转炉代替顶底复吹转炉作为脱碳转炉,进一步优化了现有双联冶炼工艺。在此基础上设计了300t氧气底吹转炉,底部供气元件采用双重套管喷嘴,内径d设计为52mm,环缝宽度设计为2mm。最后利用Ansys Fluent软件对设计的底吹转炉进行多相流数值模拟,分析了气相上升过程以及转炉熔池钢液流动特征。整个熔池大部分区域钢液流速高于0.1m/s,熔池搅拌充分,初步证明了300t氧气底吹转炉设计的正确性。

Application, design and multiphase flow simulation of oxygen bottom blown converter
Abstract:This paper analyzes the development and characteristics of oxygen bottom blown converter and conducts theoretical research on its application in the duplex melting process of converter.It is proposed to replace the top and bottom combined blown converter as the decarburization converter with oxygen bottom blown converter,optimizing the existing duplex melting process On this basis, a 300t oxygen bottom blown converter was designed. The bottom gas supply element uses a double casing nozzle, the inner diameter of the nozzle is designed to be 52mm and the annular groove width is designed to be 2mm. Finally, Ansys Fluent was used to simulate the multiphase flow of the designed oxygen bottom blown converter. The gas phase rise process and the steel flow characteristics in the molten pool were analyzed. The steel velocity is more than 0.1 m/s in the most of the molten pool and the molten pool is fully stirred.So the correctness of the design of 300t oxygen bottom blown converter is preliminarily proved.
