异型坯结晶器半径对钢液冶金行为的影响

摘要:以日钢BB2异形坯结晶器为研究对象,基于商业流体软件FLUENT,建立了异形坯结晶器三维有限体积模型。在自定义拉坯速度场函数的基础上,研究了不同结晶器半径对结晶器内钢液流动、传热和凝固行为的影响。计算结果表明,钢液从浸入式直筒型水口流入结晶器,冲击到一定深度后部分钢液会形成径向回流,冲刷速度向下的凝固坯壳,导致离流股近的R角区域坯壳在弯月面下约400mm开始发生轻微重熔,在结晶器出口厚度最小;弧形结晶器出口外弧R角的坯壳表面温度高于内弧,坯壳薄于内弧;随半径的减小,结晶器出口内弧R角的坯壳表面温度降低,坯壳增厚,但变化幅度不大,外弧坯壳表面温度升高,坯壳减薄,且变化明显。结晶器半径较小时,外弧坯壳厚度不均匀性严重,应力易集中在较薄的R角处,导致该处出现裂纹。

Influence of Mold Radius on Metallurgical Behaviour in Beam Blank
Abstract:In this paper, a 3-D finite element mathematical model was established by customizing pull velocity field function of solidified shell, to evaluate the influence of varying mold radius on the metallurgical performances of beam blank continuous casting,including the fluid flow, heat transfer, and sNumerical Simulation of the Metallurgical Performances in the Beam Blank Continuous Castingolidification. When the central impact stream reaches to a certain depth, part of it circulates to scour the solidified shell, causing the slight remelting of solidified shell from about 400mm under meniscus and the thinner shell of fillet at the mold exit. What\'s more, the fillet of outside radius has the higher strand surface temperature but the thinner solidified shell than that of inside radius due to the mold curvature. With the mold radius decreasing, the strand surface temperature at fillet of outside radius decreases and the shell becomes thicker slightly , while the strand surface temperature at fillet of inside radius raises and the shell becomes thinner obviously. The solidified shell of outside radius is of greatly unevenness at the mold exit, and the fillet with the thinner shell is prone to arising crack quality problems.
