考虑售后服务合作的双渠道定价决策研究

摘要:电子商务环境下线上零售商如何实现良好的售后服务是我国电商当前面临的重大问题。本文从售后服务合作的角度,研究在电子商务环境下由一个线上零售商和线下零售商组成的双渠道零售系统。首先在分散式决策模式下研究了双方的最优价格策略和服务费用,然后以集中式决策下的最优价格为基准,运用两部定价合作机制,在实现整体利润最大化的同时协调双方利润,实现双赢。最后通过算例分析,进一步验证了两部定价对双渠道零售竞争环境下双方利润的协调作用,并分析了外部因素对双方利润、协调机制、价格和服务费用决策的影响。本文证明,两部定价机制为存在竞争性的零售商合作提供了思路,也为当下电子商务快速发展的大环境下电商的售后服务问题提供了良好的解决方案,具有较强的实践指导意义。

Research on Dual Channel Pricing Decision Considering After-sales Service Cooperation
Abstract:How to achieve good after-sales service for online retailers in the e-commerce environment is a major issue in China. This paper studies a dual channel retail system consisting of an online retailer and an offline retailer from the perspective of after-sales service cooperation in an e-commerce environment. This paper first studied the optimal price strategies and service cost of both parties under the decentralized decision-making model. Then, based on the optimal price under centralized decision-making, the two-part tariff mechanism is proposed to coordinate the profits of two parties, which can maximize overall profit while achieving a win-win situation. Finally, the numerical analysis is conducted to further verify the coordination effect of two-part tariff mechanism on the profits of two parties, and then we analyze the impact of external factors on profits, coordination mechanism, price and service fee decision-making of two parties. This paper proves that the two-part tariff mechanism provides a good direction for the cooperation of competitive retailer and a good solution for the after-sales service problem of e-commerce in the current rapid development of e-commerce, which has strong practical guiding significance.
