摘要：[目的/意义]智库为政府科学、有效地决策提供支持，智库研究方兴未艾。对国内外智库研究状况进行分析，有利于揭示智库发展态势，了解国内外智库发展的差异及研究热点主题，为建设中国特色智库提供参考。[方法/过程]系统搜集中国与全球有关"智库"研究的论文信息，采用文献计量和网络分析及可视化方法对论文信息及其引文数据进行对比分析，通过KnowledgeMatrix Plus和VOSviewer构建机构-主题、国家-主题、时间-主题2模网络，揭示在智库研究领域，中国学者与国外学者在研究主题、研究机构分布、时间演进等方面的特征与差异，同时对国内外智库研究主题的多样性进行测度，识别出主要的研究机构及其研究主题。[结果/结论]国内智库在近年发展迅猛，高校是国内外开展智库研究的主要阵地。高校智库、新型智库是国内智库的研究热点主题，但是相比国外，国内智库的研究主题比较单一。国外智库研究比国内更侧重多领域综合方面的应用以及对特定具体问题的研究，也更注重研究方法方面的深入探索。

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]Think tanks provide support for the government to make scientific and effective decision, and think tank research is in the ascendant. The analysis of the research status of think tanks between China and abroad will help to reveal the development trend of think tanks, understand the differences in the development of think tanks between China and abroad and the hot topics of research, and provide reference for the construction of think tanks with Chinese characteristics. [Method/process] Systematically collect the papers information of national and global "think tank" research, and use bibliometrics, network analysis and visualization methods to compare and analyze the papers information and citation data. Through KnowledgeMatrix Plus and VOSviewer, the two-mode network of organization-theme, country-theme and time-theme are constructed to reveal. In the field of think tank research, Chinese scholars and foreign scholars have different characteristics and differences in research topics, distribution of research institutions and time evolution. Meanwhile, the paper measures the diversity of research topics of think tanks between China and abroad, and identify the main research institutions and their research topics. [Result/conclusion] Domestic think tanks have developed rapidly in recent years, and universities are the main research positions for think tanks between China and abroad. University think tanks and new think tanks are the hot topics of domestic think tanks, but compared with foreign think tanks, domestic think tanks have relatively single research topics. Overseas think tank research is more focused on the application of multi-field synthesis and the study of specific issues than domestic research, and more on the in-depth exploration of research methods.
