基于虚拟工序概念的质检任务调度

摘要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,生产车间管理日趋数字化和智能化,然而传统人工决策导致质量管理落后,严重阻碍智能制造的发展速度。针对质检任务调度,提出了虚拟工序的概念,建立了一种新的基于不定质检设备资源的质检调度模型,建立了以虚拟累计完工时间最小为优化目标的遗传算法求解流程,通过案例分析,得出最优调度方案,并通过建立常规目标函数的对比算法,进一步验证了所得的质检调度方案最优。

Model for Quality Inspection Task-Scheduling Based on the Concept of Virtual Operations
Abstract:With advancements in information technology, quality management of production workshop becomes more digital and intelligent. However, the continued reliance on traditional manual decision-making techniques leads to poor quality management, which seriously hinders advancements in the manufacturing process. A new virtual operation concept and a new quality inspection task-scheduling model based on the assumption of limitless inspecting machine resources are proposed for scheduling tasks in quality inspection. In addition, a solving process based on genetic algorithms with the aim of minimizing total virtual completion time is established. The optimal scheduling scheme is obtained by analysing a case-study. The optimality of the quality inspection scheduling scheme is further verified by establishing a comparative algorithm that is based on conventional objective functions.
