后进入市场的传统快递与高铁合作的主导权模式选择

摘要:为分析服务水平差异对后进入市场的传统快递的主导权模式选择及供应链整体的影响,建立高铁与两个先后进入市场且存在服务水平差异的传统快递企业构成的高铁快递供应链,研究在高铁已与先进入的传统快递企业合作的基础上,后进入者的主导权模式选择及博弈均衡。研究表明,当服务水平差异大于某一阈值时,后进入者选择主导模式以获取更大收益,且随着服务水平差异的增大,供应链整体效率、主导企业的收益和分配系数均增大;当B主导时,其收益受第一阶段企业的主导权影响,先进入者主导时最大,高铁主导次之,Nash均衡最小,且前两者的增长速度相同,均大于第三者。

Choice of dominant mode of cooperation between high-speed rail and the latter entry traditional express
Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of service level difference on the choice of dominant mode of traditional express delivery and the overall supply chain, a China Railway High-speed(CRH) express supply chain consisting of CRH and two traditional express delivery enterprises which entered the market successively and had different service levels was established. Based on the cooperation between CRH and the first entrant, the dominant strategy choice and game equilibrium of the latter are studied. The results show that when the difference of service level is better than a certain threshold, the latter chooses the dominant mode to obtain more profit, and with the increase of service level difference, the overall efficiency of the supply chain, the income of the dominant enterprise and the distribution coefficient increase; when the difference of service level is greater than a certain threshold, the profit of the latter is affected by the results of the Choice of dominant mode of cooperation between high-speed rail and the latter entry traditional expressfirst-stage game. When the first entrant dominant, the profit is the largest, followed by CRH dominating, and Nash equilibrium is the smallest. The growth rate of the first two is the same, and better than the third.
