摘要:本文提出了一种新的方法在实现不锈钢渣解毒的同时利用不锈钢渣制备硅铁合金和微晶玻璃。使用Si粉还原不锈钢渣使Si-Cr-Fe合金与玻璃渣分离。分离Si-Cr-Fe合金后的玻璃渣随后使用两步法热处理制备微晶玻璃。本文研究了晶化温度对微晶玻璃的晶化过程、显微结构和机械性能的影响。实验结果表明微晶玻璃的晶相能够通过晶化温度控制。微晶玻璃的晶化过程和显微结构对机械性能有显著影响。微晶玻璃在1000 C进行晶化处理时表现出优异的机械性能,其抗弯强度为91MPa,维氏硬度为4.6GPa。

Utilization of stainless steel slag to produce Si-Cr-Fe alloys and glass-ceramics
Abstract:In this paper, a new process to detoxify and utilize stainless steel slag for preparation of ferro-alloys and glass ceramics was proposed. Stainless steel slag was reduced by silicon to produce Si-Cr-Fe alloys and glassy slag. The slag glass was separated from Si-Cr-Fe alloys and then subject to two-step heat treatment to produce glass ceramics. Effects of crystallization temperature on crystallization behavior, microstructure and properties of glass-ceramics were investigated. The results showed that crystalline phases of glass-ceramics are controlled by crystallization temperature. Crystallization behavior and microstructure have remarkable effects on mechanical properties. Glass ceramics heat-treated at 1000 C showed excellent mechanical properties with a flexural strength value of 91MPa and a Vicker\'s hardness value of 4.6GPa.
