藤壶胶的组成及粘附新进展

摘要:藤壶作为一种强势海洋污损生物,通过自身分泌的蛋白复合物完成对各种材料表面的牢固水下粘附,这种蛋白复合物被称为藤壶胶。一方面,这种牢固稳定的粘附行为严重干扰了人类对海洋的探索与开发;另一方面,藤壶胶卓越的水下粘附有望提供一种新型水下粘附模型和仿生对象。阐释藤壶胶粘附固化机制对防污策略和仿生水下胶的开发具有重要作用,但目前胶蛋白组分及其粘附机制还不明晰。因此,本论文将对已知藤壶胶的组成、功能及粘附机制进行综述,并结合近年来的研究成果,对相关模型和假说进行补充。

New advances in the composition and adhesion of barnacle cement
Abstract:As a strong marine fouling organism, barnacles achieve strong underwater adhesion to the surface of various materials through their secreted protein complexes. This protein complex is called barnacle glue. On the one hand, their firm and stable adhesion behavior seriously interferes with human exploration and development of the ocean; on the other hand, the excellent underwater adhesion of barnacle glue is expected to provide a new underwater adhesion model and bionic strategy. The interpretation of the sticking and curing mechanism of barnacle glue plays an important role in the antifouling strategy and the development of biomimetic underwater glue. However, at present, some cement proteins and adhesion mechanisms remains unclear. Therefore, this paper will review the composition,function and adhesion mechnisms of known barnacle cement proteins, and improve the relevant model and hypothese according to latest advances.
