石墨烯的制备及其在制革工业中的应用进展

摘要:石墨烯以其韧性强、强度高、导电性好、远红外吸收等优势,在制革、电子、能源等领域中展现了广阔的应用前景。实现大规模、高质量、低成本制备石墨烯是石墨烯走向产业化的关键问题。综述了近年来石墨烯固相法、液相法、气相法和混合法等主要制备方法,着重分析了各种方法制备石墨烯的机理,论述了各种方法存在的优缺点,阐述了大规模制备石墨烯的方法,进一步总结了石墨烯在制革工业中的应用研究,并对石墨烯的制备及应用进行了展望。

Preparation of graphene and its application in the leather industry
Abstract:Graphene shows broad application prospects in the fields of leather, electronics and energy considering its strong toughness, high strength, good electrical conductivity and far infrared absorption. it is a key issue for the industrialization of graphene to achieve large-scale, high-quality and low-cost preparation of graphene. In this paper, the main preparation methods have been studied including graphene solid phase method, liquid phase method, gas phase method and mixing method. The mechanism of various methods for preparing graphene was emphatically analyzed. The methods for making larger quantities of graphene are described and their applications and limitation of each approach are discussed. The application of graphene in the leather industry was summarized and the future prospect of the preparation and application of graphene was expounded.
