装配式密肋复合墙新型水平连接的抗震性能试验研究

摘要:为便于预制密肋复合墙的装配式连接,本文提出了一种采用型钢连接的新型水平连接方式。为研究这种新型水平连接的承载能力、破坏模式、滞回特性、延性和耗能,以及中部抗剪钢板的设置对新型水平连接的影响,设计制作了2片带有这种新型水平连接的墙体试件,并对其进行低周往复荷载试验。试验结果表明:中部抗剪钢板的设置能够限制水平接缝滑移的出现和发展;相较于只设置连接钢板的试件HJ-1,增设中部抗剪钢板的试件HJ-2破坏模式由剪切滑移破坏转变为压弯破坏,开裂荷载提高了28.5%,屈服荷载提高了10.1%,极限荷载提高了14.3%,位移延性系数提高了35.8%,有着更好的刚度和耗能能力,证明中部抗剪钢板的设置对于提高试件的抗震性能是有益的。

Experimental Study on Seismic Performances of a New Type of Horizontal Connection for Multi-ribber Composite Wall
Abstract: In order to facilitate the assembly connection of multi-ribbed composite walls, a new type of horizontal connection with steel connection way is proposed in this paper。In order to study the bearing capacity, failure modes, hysteresis characteristics, ductility and energy consumption of this new type of horizontal connection, and the influence of the setting of the central shearing steel on the new horizontal connection, DeExperimental study on seismic performances of a new type of hoExperimental Study on Seismic Performances of a New Type of Horizontal Connection for Multi-ribber Composite Wallrizontal connection for multi-ribber composite wallsigned and manufactured two wall specimens with this new type of horizontal connection, and carried out low cyclic horizontal loading test.The experimental results show that the setting of central shear-resistant steel can limit the emergence and development of horizontal joint slippage;Compared with the HJ-1, which is only provided with connecting steel, the failure mode of the HJ-2 specimen with the central shear-resistant steel increased from shear-slip failure to buckling failure,Cracking load increased by 28.5%, yield load increased by 10.1%, ultimate load increased by 14.3%, displacement ductility coefficient increased by 35.8%, with better stiffness and energy dissipation capacity. It proves that the setting of the middle shearing steel is beneficial to improve the seismic performance of the specimen.
