含钛钢(321钢)与保护渣的反应模拟和探究

摘要:为了探究含钛钢与保护渣的反应平衡,本文采用Factsage软件计算了不同TiO2,B2O3含量以及不同碱度保护渣对钢中各元素的影响,并通过实验探究了不同TiO2,B2O3含量保护渣对钢中Ti、Si、Mn和B元素的影响。结果表明:含钛保护渣与321钢反应平衡时,钢中Ti含量随保护渣中TiO2含量的增加而增加,钢中B含量也随着保护渣中B2O3含量的增加而增加,但保护渣中B2O3含量的增加对钢中Ti,Si和Mn含量的影响不大。

Simulation and exploration of reaction between titanium-containing steel (321 steel) and mold flux
Abstract:In order to explore the reaction equilibrium between titanium-containing steel and mold flux,this paper uses Factsage software to calculate the effects of fluxes with different content of TiO2, B2O3 and different basicity on various elements in steel, and the effects of different content of TiO2 and B2O3 on the Ti, Si, Mn and B elements in steel were also investigated by experiments.The results show that when the reactions reach equilibrium,the content of Ti in steel increases with the increase of TiO2 content in the flux,and the content of B in steel also increases with the increase of B2O3 content in the flux.However, the increase of B2O3 content in the flux has little effect on the content of Ti, Si and Mn in steel.
