复杂磁化下应力对电工钢磁特性演变规律研究

摘要:为了获取电工钢片在磁场与应力耦合作用下的磁特性,本文提出一种基于应力工况的矢量磁特性测测量方法。采用立式正交的激磁磁轭组成主测量装置,并采用直线电机对电工钢片沿轧制方向施加拉(压)应力。利用B探针和双复合H线圈组成的矢量B-H传感器实现磁通密度B和磁场强度H的检测,从而能够计算出电工钢片铁耗值。当磁通密度为1T时,根据上述方法分别测量了无取向电工钢片在不同磁化角度和轴比条件下的矢量磁特性。根据测量结果总结出了应力工况下电工钢片矢量磁特性演变规律。

Evolution Law Investigation of Magnetic Properties of Electrical Steel Sheets under Complex Magnetization
Abstract:In order to obtain the magnetic characteristics of electrical steel sheet under the coupling of magnetic field and stress, a vector magnetic properties measurement method based on stress condition is proposed in this paper.The main measuring device is composed of vertical and orthogonal excitation yoke, and the linear motor is used to apply tension (compression) stress to the electrical steel sheet along the rolling direction. The vector B-H sensor composed of B probe and double compound H coil is used to detect magnetic flux density B and magnetic field strength H, so as to calculate the iron loss of electrical steel sheet. When the magnetic flux density is 1T, vector magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical steel sheet at different magnetization angles and axial ratios are measured according to the above method. Based on the measurement results, the evolution law of vector magnetic properties of electrical steel sheet under stress condition is summarized.
