不同林龄米槠人工促进天然更新林同位素和养分垂直分布特征

摘要:为了解不同林龄米槠人促林土壤碳、氮、磷含量和碳稳定同位素的差异,对21年生和49年生米槠人促林土壤碳、氮、磷含量和碳稳定同位素进行分析。结果表明: 不同林龄土壤δ13C值介于-28.50‰~-26.51‰,土壤δ13C值随土层的加深而增大。不同林龄土壤δ13C值与有机碳含量对数值呈显著线性负相关,β值大小顺序为21年生<49年生。21年生和49年生米槠人促林0~100 cm土壤碳含量分别为13.83和14.37g.kg-1,氮含量分别为0.92和1.03 g.kg-1以及磷含量分别为0.27和0.33 g.kg-1,随着土层加深土壤碳氮含量均呈显著的指数减少。49年生米槠人促林土壤β值,表明随着林龄增加土壤矿化作用减弱,森林土壤固碳作用加强。

Vertical distribution of isotopes and nutrients of Castanopsis carlesii at different forest ages promoted by natural regeneration forest
Abstract: To investigate the difference of soil carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus content and carbon stable isotope in different forest ages. We analyzed the soil carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus content and carbon stable isotope of different forest ages . The results showed that the δ13C value in the soil of different forest ages ranged from -28.50‰ to -26.51‰, and the soil δ13C value increased with the deepening of soil layer. There was a significant linear negative correlation between the δ13C value and the organic carbon content in different forest ages. The β value was 21 years <49 years .Soil carbon contents of the 21-year and 49-year were 13.83 and 14.37 g.kg-1 respectively , the nitrogen contents were 0.92 and 1.03 g.kg-1, and the phosphorus contents were 0.27 and 0.33 g.kg-1 Soil SOC and decreased obviously with increasing soil depth. The β value of 49year indicating that the soil mineralization was weakened with the increase of forest age and the carbon sequestration of forest soil was strengthened.??
