基于复杂网络理论的离散制造车间生产物流网络建模与分析

摘要:针对离散制造车间环境复杂、加工任务多变、生产异常频发等特点致使生产物流系统难以支撑产线优化运行与任务高效执行的问题,本文提出一种基于复杂网络理论的离散制造车间生产物流系统网络模型构建与性能分析方法。首先根据典型离散制造车间生产物流系统的运行特点,构建一种以工位和车间仓库为节点、物料流向为边的生产物流系统双权重有向网络模型;分析所构建模型的动态演化驱动因素和网络特征,研究生产物流系统网络的节点重要性、稳定性、自修复能力等性能指标,为离散制造车间生产物流系统的优化稳定运行提供理论支撑。最后,以重庆某汽车零部件机加车间生产物流系统为实例对所提方法的有效性和适用性进行验证。

Modeling and analysis of production logistics network in the discrete manufacturing workshop based on complex network theory
Abstract:Aimming atthe discrete manufacturing workshop with the complex environment, variable processing tasks and the frequent occurrence of abnormal production, it is difficult for production logistics system to support the optimal operation of production lines and the efficient execution of tasks. Based on complex network theory, a method of modeling and performance analysis for the discrete manufacturing workshop production logistics system networkis proposed. Firstly, according to the operating characteristics of the typical discrete manufacturing workshop production logistics system,a dual-weighted directed network model of production logistics system with station and workshop warehouse as the node and material flow as the edge is constructed. and its dynamic evolution driving factors are analyzed. The performance indicators of the production logistics system network, such as node importance, stability and self-repair ability, are researched, which provides theoretical support for the optimization and stable operation of the discrete manufacturing workshop production logistics system. Finally, the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method are verified by the production logistics system of an auto parts machine shop in Chongqing.
