高碳型石煤中预富集钒的研究

摘要:石煤是我国重要含钒资源,但是目前从石煤中提取钒的技术都面临着环境污染大,能源损耗高等一系列问题,为解决这些问题,本文进行高碳型石煤中预富集钒的研究,本研究的创新之处在于,首先选择环境友好的Fe2O3作为钒的富集载体,其次利用石煤的还原性促进磁性富钒相Fe2VO4的生成,最后利用磁选法分离出含钒量较高的部分。通过三组实验,已经实现在添加石煤质量10%的Fe2O3,1100℃焙烧3h,焙烧气氛控制在Ar:CO2=1:2的条件下,钒的回收率达到了70%以上。

The Method for pre-concentrating vanadium from high carbon type stone coal
Abstract:Stone coal is an important vanadium-bearing resource in China, but at present, the technology of extracting vanadium from stone coal is facing a series of problems, such as great environmental pollution and high energy consumption. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a method of pre-concentration of vanadium from stone coal. The innovation of this method lies in selecting safe and environmentally friendly Fe2O3 as vanadium. Secondly, the reducibility of stone coal was used to promote the formation of magnetic vanadium-rich phase Fe2VO4. Finally, the higher vanadium content was separated by magnetic separation. In this experiment, Fe2O3 with 10% stone coal was roasted at 1100℃ for 3 h, and the roasting atmosphere was controlled at Ar:CO2=1:2. The recovery rate of vanadium was over 70%.
