F-90鞣革生态湿整理工艺设计与优化

摘要:为优化F-90鞣革生态湿整理工艺,以坯革的收缩温度、增厚率,柔软度、撕裂力为评价指标,采用正交试验方法对复鞣、填充和加脂材料的配伍、用量进行优化,然后将优化方案进行组装,得出最佳的F-90鞣革的生态湿整理工艺。研究表明,在复鞣、填充工序中,丙烯酸树脂鞣剂用量为12%,合成鞣剂用量为12%,植物鞣剂的用量为16%,氨基树脂鞣剂的用量为6%,在加脂工序中,合成加脂剂的用量为3%,防水加脂剂的用量为4%,改性牛蹄油的用量为3%,羊毛脂的用量为3%,该工艺具有很好的生态环保效果。通过该工艺制备的鞋面坯革的感官性能、物理性能良好。

Design and optimization of ecological wet finishing technology for F-90 tanning leather
Abstract:The ecological wet finishing technology for F-90 tanning leather was optimized. Orthogonal experiment was designed, taking the shrinkage temperature, thickening rate, softness and tear strength as evaluation indexes, to optimize the compatibility and dosage of the retanning, filling and fatliquaring materials. And then the optimal ecological wet finishing technology for F-90 tanning leather was obtained by assembling the optimized schemes. The results show that under the condition of acrylic polymer tanning agent 6%, synthetic tanning 6%, vegetable tanning anent 6% and amino tanning agent 6% in retanning and filling process, and synthetic fatliquoring agent 2%, waterproof fatliquoring agent 2%, modified bovine hoof oil 2% and lanolin fatliquoring agent 2% in fatliquoring process, the technology has good ecological and environmental protection effect. The sensory and physical properties of shoe upper crust leather prepared by the technology are good.
