一种基于订单数据的拼车上车站点推荐算法

摘要:本文提出拼车服务中的上车站点难选的问题,在乘客使用拼车服务中,有选择上车站点的环节。此时,上车站点选择的好坏在一定程度上取决于乘客对当地环境是否熟悉。这种依赖乘客的策略存在一定的风险,一定程度上阻碍了拼车模式的发展。本文提出一种根据订单实际情况推荐上车站点,即根据当前订单数据,也就是乘客出发地、目的地、车辆位置,通过适当的选择和排序算法,为乘客推荐更合理的上车站点。并设计了合理的对比实验,比较推荐算法的性能。实验表明,本文提出的方法具有较强的应用性,能为拼车服务带来一定的用户体验的改善。

A Boarding Location Recommendation Method based on Order Data in Car Pooling Service
Abstract:The paper focus on hard choosing boarding location problem, which means user who use car-pooling system will hardly to choose a good location to aboard, because it depends on if user is familiar with the geography path. The high dependence exists high risk, and it hinders the healthy development of car-pooling model. The paper proposes a boarding location recommendation method based on order, which is with user order's origin, destination and car location to compute a better boarding location to user with selection and sort algorithm. In the end, we design and test performance of boarding location recommendation method. Result shows that the method has well applicability, and it can improve user experience of car-pooling system.
