武夷山不同海拔梯度森林土壤磷组分的变化

摘要:森林土壤磷是限制植物生长的重要因素,磷的生物可利用性受到多种环境因素(化学和微生物性质)的影响。本文选取武夷山自然保护区具有海拔梯度变化的区域土壤作为研究对象,采用Hedley分级方法对不同海拔高度的土壤进行分析测定,目的在于揭示武夷山地区随海拔变化(650 m-2100 m),土壤磷形态的变化及其主要的驱动因素。结果表明,土壤各磷组分含量随海拔梯度的升高整体呈增加趋势;且本研究认为,导致该变化趋势的主要驱动因素为微生物。

Variations of Phosphorus fractions of different altitudes gradient Forests in Wuyi Mountains
Abstract:Phosphorus is an important factor of limiting plant growth in forest soil. The bioavailability of phosphorus is affected by many environmental factors (chemical and microbial properties). In this paper, the regional soil with altitude gradient change in Wuyi mountains nature reserve was selected as the research object. The Hedley classification method was used to analyze and determine the soil phosphorus fractions at different altitudes. The purpose is to reveal the change of soil phosphorus form and its main driving factors in the Wuyi mountains area with altitude change (650 m-2100 m). The results showed that the content of phosphorus components in soil increased with the elevation of altitude gradient; and this study believes that the main driving factor for this trend is microbes.
