高校研究生ESI学术能力分析与评价--以某农业高校为例

摘要:[目的/意义] 分析评价高校研究生的ESI学术能力,探索特定群体的学术能力评价方法,为高校在"双一流"建设中制定研究生政策和ESI学科发展规划提供参考。[方法/过程]通过Web of Science获取某农业高校近十年研究生在读期间所发表的ESI论文数据,以论文数、被引次数和H指数作为评价指标,结合作者排名从学术产力、学术效力与学术绩效三个视角对研究生的ESI学术能力进行分析评价,以此挖掘ESI高水平研究生,探讨其分布特征。[结果/结论] 高水平研究生的数量约占研究生总数的1%,契合于ESI的排名理念,其学院和学科分布情况与示例高校现有ESI学科发展情况也基本一致。特定群体的ESI学术能力评价应该在考虑作者排名的情况下,以多项评价指标从多个视角综合评判。

Analysis and evaluation on ESI academic ability of postgraduates from an agricultural university
Abstract:[Purpose/significance] The paper analyzes and evaluates ESI academic ability of university postgraduates and explore methods of evaluating the specific author group to give a reference for postgraduate policy and ESI discipline plan in the construction of world-class universities and disciplines. [Method/Process]Depending on ESI paper data of postgraduates during the reading period of an agricultural university from Web of Science recently 10 years, this paper takes advantage of a series of indexes, such as number of papers, times cited and H index, to analyze and evaluate their ESI academic ability from academic productivity, academic effectiveness and academic performance in the case of considering the authors rank. Then the ESI high-level students are mined and their distribution characteristics explored. [Result/conclusion] Among all postgraduates, the high-level students account for about 1%, which matches the ESI ranking idea. The distribution is also in accordance with the existing situation of ESI subjects in the university. It is advised that evaluation of the specific author group should make multi-dimensional analysis by a series of indexes and consider the author rank in the meantime.
