MES环境下生产调度问题的研究

摘要:该论文是研究制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)环境下的生产调度问题。实际生产中,柔性车间生产调度问题(Flexible Job Shop Scheduling Problem,FJSP)是传统作业车间调度问题(Job Shop Scheduling Problem,JSP)的拓展,FJSP问题除了要解决 JSP 中确定的工件加工顺序外,还要确定各工件工序分配到哪台机器上进行加工的问题,使生产排产调度问题更加复杂。本论文从实际生产的角度出发,深入研究生产调度问题的数学模型,并进而采用优化的遗传算法求解FJSP问题。最后使用Spring Boot、Java语言编程实现RESTful API风格的生产调度服务,为MES系统整合生产调度提供Web数据接口。

Research on Job Shop Problem in MES Environment
Abstract:This paper is a study of Job-shop Scheduling Problem(JSP) in a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) environment.In actual production, the Flexible Job_shop Scheduling Problem(FJSP) is an extension of the traditional Job-shop Scheduling Problem(JSP). In addition to solving the workpiece processing sequence determined in the JSP, the FJSP must also determine which machine the workpiece process is assigned to for processing.This make FJSP is more complicated. From the perspective of actual production,this paper deeply studies the mathematical model of production scheduling problem,and then uses the optimized Genetic Algorithm(GA) to solve the FJSP .Finally, using SpringBoot and Java language realize RESTful API style production scheduling service and provide a web data interface for MES integration.
