Distillation simulation calculation of mixed dibasic acid dimethyl ester

Abstract:A two-column continuous rectification process based on Aspen Plus software was designed for the separation of dimethyl succinate, dimethyl glutarate and dimethyl adipate. On the basis of the simple calculation performed on the DSWU module, the RADFRAC module is applied for the strict calculation to confirm the relevant value such as the reflux ratio, the number of theoretical stages, and the feed position. The results show that the number of stages of column B1 and B2 are 40 and 45; the reflux ratios are 2.4 and 3; the optimum feeding stage is 25 and 26, respectively. The product mass fraction of dimethyl succinate, dimethyl glutarate and dimethyl adipate are 99.9%, 99.4%, 99.7%.

摘要:以丁二酸二甲酯、戊二酸二甲酯和己二酸二甲酯为原料,设计了2塔连续精馏工艺,并用Aspen Plus 软件对精馏过程进行了模拟计算。采用DSTWU模块进行简捷计算、RADFRAC模块进行严格计算,对回流比、理论塔板数、进料位置进行了优化。结果显示,塔B1、塔B2的理论塔板数分别为40、45; 回流比分别为2.4、3; 最佳进料位置分别在25、26块塔板。产品中丁二酸二甲酯、戊二酸二甲酯和己二酸二甲酯的质量分数分别为99. 9%、99. 4%、99. 7%。
