定日镜基础水平承载特性研究及地基系数的比例系数m

摘要:定日镜作为光热发电项目的主要组成部分,对于位移与转角有很高的要求,因此作为定日镜基础的钻孔钢筋混凝土灌注桩对其桩顶水平位移以及水平转角要求也十分严格。结合实际工程,在砂土地基中对不同桩型的桩的桩顶水平位移及水平转角通过慢速维持荷载法进行原位试验选取出合理的桩型。并运用广泛使用的"m"法结合实测值计算出适合该地区的地基水平抗力系数的比例系数m的取值范围在50~60(MN/m4)范围时能反应该地区的实际情况,而且在该地区砂土地基中单桩水平位移与水平转角计算值与实测值存在较小误差。

Study on Horizontal Bearing Behavior of Heliostat Foundation and Proportional Coefficient m of Foundation Coefficient
Abstract:As the main part of photothermal power generation project, heliostat has high requirements for displacement and rotation angle. Therefore, as the foundation of heliostat, bored reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile has strict requirements for horizontal displacement and horizontal rotation angle of pile top. Combining with practical engineering, the reasonable pile type is selected by in-situ test of pile top horizontal displacement and horizontal rotation angle of different pile types in sandy soil foundation by slow maintenance load method. The "m" method, which is widely used in combination with the measured values, isStudy on Horizontal Bearing Behavior of Heliostat Foundation and Proportional Coefficient m of Foundation Coefficient used to calculate the proportional coefficient m of the horizontal resistance coefficient of the foundation suitable for the area, which can reflect the actual situation of the area in the range of 50-60 (MN/m4). Moreover, there is a small error between the calculated value of the horizontal displacement of single pile and the measured value of the horizontal rotation angle in the sand foundation of the area.
