基于有限元某前副车架系统性的性能分析

摘要:为了分析某前副车架结构性能、预测其疲劳寿命,利用CATIA软件建立前副车架三维模型,经过有限元分析软件HyperMesh建立有限元模型,对其进行静态和模态分析,结合疲劳寿命分析软件FE-SAFE以准静态疲劳分析方法对前副车架进行疲劳寿命分析。通过研究分析,确定了前副车架容易出现疲劳破坏的位置,并做出相应的评估,为副车架的结构优化提供理论依据。总结了一套对副车架前期全面有效的仿真分析方法,同时能够节约成本、缩短整车的研发周期。

Systematic performance analysis of a front Subframe Based on FEM
Abstract:In order to analyze the structure performance and predict the fatigue life of a front subframe, CATIA software establish 3D mode of front subframe, and its finite element model is established based on finite element analysis software HyperMesh, it analysis the static and modal of the front subframe, The fatigue life of the front subframe is analyzed by the fatigue life analysis software FE-SAFE with quasi-static fatigue analysis method. Through research and analysis, the position of the front subframe which is prone to fatigue damage is determined and the corresponding assessment is made, which provides a theoretical basis for the structure optimization of the subframe. The paper sums up a comprehensive and effective simulation analysis method of the subframe, which can save cost and shorten the whole vehicle development cycle.
