供应商股权激励零售商的供应链模型研究

摘要:股权激励往往应用于公司的内部管理,激励减缓委托代理问题。供应商在开拓新市场时,往往不能一帆风顺,于是有的供应商采用股权方式激励其下游零售商。本文刻画了在一个二级供应链中,供应商对零售商的股权激励模型;研究发现供应商对零售商的股权激励是一种饮鸩止渴的行为,尽管零售商会更努力的开拓市场,但供应商的利润反而会降低,股权激励需要供应链协调契约相协同,引入"利润分享契约",零售商分出部分销售利润给供应商,实现双赢。

Research on Supplier Equity Incentives Retailer's Supply Chain Model
Abstract:Equity incentives are always applied to the internal management of the company, and incentives can alleviate the principal-agent problems. Suppliers often cannot be smooth sailing in the development of new markets. Thus, some suppliers adopt equity to incentive their downstream retailers. This paper characterizes the supplier-retailer's equity incentive model in a two-level supply chain. The study finds that the supplier-retailer equity incentive is a drink-thirst-quencher. Although retailers will try their best to develop the market, the supplier's profits will be reduced. Equity incentive needs coordination with the supply chain coordination contract and introduce "profit sharing contract". Finally, the retailer will distribute part of the sales profit to the supplier and achieve a win-win situation.
