电子束辐照降解玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素效果研究

摘要:玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,ZEN)和呕吐毒素(Deoxynivalenol,DON)等真菌毒素较为常见,对人畜健康危害较大,且普遍呈多毒素共存状态。本研究利用电子束辐照(Electron Beam Irradiation,EBI)降解ZEN和DON,考察EBI对单一及混合毒素的降解效果,分析毒素降解及相互作用规律。结果表明,随着EBI剂量的增加,单一毒素降解率升高,且毒素初始浓度越低,降解率越高。与EBI处理单一毒素相比,DON与ZEN混合后同时经EBI处理,ZEN降解率降低,玉米浆中混合毒素降解规律与标准品相似。

Electron beam degradation of zearalenone and deoxynivalenol in corn
Abstract:Mycotoxins such as Zearalenone (ZEN) and Deoxynivalenol (DON) are common in corn, which is harmful to human and animal health, and is generally coexisting with multitoxins. In this study, Electron Beam Irradiation (EBI) was used to degrade ZEN and DON. The degradation effect of EBI on single and mixed toxins was investigated, and the degradation and interaction of toxins were analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of EBI dose, the degradation rate of single toxin increased, and the lower the initial concentration of toxin, the higher the degradation rate. Compared with EBI treatment of single toxin, when DON and ZEN were mixed and treated by EBI, the degradation rate of ZEN was reduced. The degradation of mixed toxin in corn syrup was similar to that of standard.
