云制造环境下基于元数据的机床装备资源轻量化建模方法

摘要:针对云制造环境下机床装备资源的集成共享缺乏轻量化模型支持问题,提出一种基于元数据的机床装备资源轻量化建模方法。首先,对云制造环境下机床装备资源的属性构成进行分析;然后构建了基于元数据的机床装备资源本体建模框架并建立机床装备资源元数据模型到机床装备资源本体模型的映射模型;在此基础上,构建了机床装备资源轻量化本体模型;最后设计并开发了一套机床装备资源元建模软件工具并通过实例对所提方法的有效性和适用性进行了验证。

Metadata-based machine tool resources lightweight modeling in cloud manufacturing
Abstract:Aiming at machine tool resources(MTRs) integration and sharing lack of lightweight model support in cloud manufacturing environment. A metadata-based MTRs lightweight modeling method is proposed by this paper. Firstly, the attribute composition of MTRs in cloud manufacturing environment is analyzed. Secondly, the ontology modeling framework of MTRs based on metadata is constructed and the mapping model of MTR-Meta model to MTR-Onto model is established. On this basis, the lightweight ontology model of MTRs is constructed. Finally, a prototype software tool for MTRs meta-modeling is designed and developed, and the validity and applicability of the proposed method are verified by an example.
