氧化镍正八面体微粒的制备及其光催化性能的研究

摘要:本文以Ni(NO3)2 6H2O为原料,碳球为模板,盐酸为形貌调控剂,采用溶剂挥发法制备了正八面体型微米NiO,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、综合热分析等方法对制备的NiO进行了表征。并以罗丹明B作为模拟污染物,考察了微米NiO的光催化性能,探讨了不同制备方法、煅烧时间、煅烧温度对NiO正八面体微粒催化活性的影响。结果表明,加入了碳球和盐酸制备出的氧化镍微粒在600℃下煅烧6h制得的样品因可暴露更多的{111}晶面,因而催化性能最佳。

Preparation of Octahedral NiO and its Photocatalytic Degradation of RhodamineB
Abstract:In this paper, octahedral NiO microparticles were synthesized by using a solvent volatilization method with Ni(NO3)2 6H2O as the raw material, carbon spheres as the template and hydrochloric acid as the morphological regulator. The prepared particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Moreover, their photocatalytic performance were investigated by taking rhodamine B as the simulated pollutant, and the effect of different preparation methods, calcining times and temperatures on the catalytic activity of the micropartilces were discussed. The results indicated that the NiO microparticles that were prepared with carbon ball and hydrochloric acid and calcined at 600℃ for 6h exhibit the best photocatalytic activity due to the exposure of more {111} facets.
