基于DNA为模板的铜银纳米簇检测汞离子方法研究

摘要:本文制备了以DNA为模板的铜/银纳米簇(DNA-CuAgNCs)。Hg2+可与制备的DNA-CuAgNCs特异性结合而使其荧光猝灭,基于此建立了荧光传感方法。DNA-Cu/AgNCs荧光猝灭程度与Hg2+有良好的线性关系,在1.0 nM~200nM范围内的线性方程为Y = 3.8814 [Hg2+] + 11.0544(R2 = 0.9933),检出限为0.09nM。湖水样品加标回收率在107.6%~117.3%之间,相对标准偏差在3.1%~8.5%之间。该方法具有操作简单、成本较低、灵敏度高等优点。

Detection of Mercury ions Based on DNA-templated Copper/Silver Nanoclusters
Abstract:In this study, copper/silver nanoclusters (DNA-CuAgNCs) using DNA as a template were synthesized.Hg2+ can specifically bind to DNA-CuAgNCs to quench its fluorescence, and based on this, a fluorescence sensing method is established.The fluorescence quenching degree of DNA-CuAgNCs has a good linear relationship with Hg2+. The linear equation in the concentrationrange of 1.0 nM to 200nM is Y = 3.8814 [Hg2+] + 11.0544 (R2 = 0.9933), and the limit of detection is 0.09nM.The recoveries of lake water samples was from 107.6% to 117.3%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was from 3.1% to 8.5%. The method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and high sensitivity.
